p889 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the lifecycle of a Player's account. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, SSS card, and Philippine passport.
Any Account found to belong to a player who does not meet the eligibility requirements — including underage players, individuals subject to self-exclusion, or persons located in prohibited jurisdictions — will be closed immediately. Any balances in such accounts, including winnings, may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law.
Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) active p889 account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether identified by name, address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint, constitute a violation of these Terms. p889 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. p889 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
Full account functionality — including the ability to withdraw funds — is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. p889 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
p889 accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Accounts may not be opened or operated on behalf of a third party, corporation, or syndicate. Any commercial use of a p889 account is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p889 login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
p889 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify p889 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Until such notification is received, p889 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
p889 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. p889 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform — typically within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. p889 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
Funds deposited to p889 must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own verified name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. p889 complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.
An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. p889 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p889 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No p889 Content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of p889.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p889 shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including losses arising from: system downtime or maintenance, internet connectivity failures, unauthorized account access resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials, or changes in applicable laws or regulations affecting the availability of p889 services.
p889's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause shall limit p889's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
p889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of an account for cause, p889 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of the investigation.
p889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address and/or via a notice prominently displayed on the Platform. The amended Terms will specify the effective date.
Your continued use of the p889 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p889 Platform. This does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law or under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
